CLEAN & CLEAR® PERSA-GEL® 5

Treats and helps prevent pimples & breakouts with this maximum-strength* acne spot treatment. This fragrance free acne medication with 5% benzoyl peroxide prevents and kills acne bacteria.

  • Reduces the number and severity of acne pimples

  • Helps prevent new acne pimples from forming

  • Penetrates pores to reduce acne pimples

Where to Buy

Active ingredient (w/w)

Benzoyl peroxide 5%

Adults and children 12 years and older. Cleanse skin thoroughly before applying product. For New Users: Apply product to a small area once a day for three days to test if you are sensitive to this product. If no discomfort occurs, cover the entire affected area with a thin layer. Start with one application daily, then gradually increase to two or three times daily, if needed. If dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day.

External use only. Do not use if you

  • have very sensitive skin

  • are allergic to any ingredients.

When using this product

  • avoid unnecessary sun exposure and use sunscreen

  • avoid contact with eyes, lips, nostrils and mouth; if it occurs, flush with water

  • skin irritation and dryness more likely when used with other topical acne products.

If irritation occurs, use only one product

  • this product may bleach hair or dyed fabrics.

Stop use and ask a doctor if

  • you develop severe irritation/burning/itching

  • your case is severe

  • no improvement in 6-8 weeks.

If you develop hives, swelling of eyes and mouth, blistering or difficulty breathing, get medical help right away. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, call a Poison Control Centre or get medical help right away. Ask doctor before use if pregnant/breastfeeding. Store at 15-30°C. Keep tightly closed.
